Year 8 Parent Evening

Thursday 19 June 2024 (16:00 – 19:00)

Online Appointment Booking System

You are invited to our Year 8 parent evening which is being held in the main hall on Thursday 19 June 2025 between 16:00 – 19:00. The purpose of the evening is to give you the opportunity to come into school to meet your child’s teachers to discuss progress and development.  The evening also allows the opportunity for concerns to be voiced.  If you cannot make the evening, please let us know and we will arrange a follow up with a senior member of staff.

We will be using our online appointment booking system. This allows you to choose your own appointment times with teachers and you will receive an email confirming your appointments.

Appointments can now be made and will close on Thursday 19 June at 12:00.  Neither you nor we will be unable to make appointments after this time.

Please follow the link here to go to the online appointment booking system:
https://westbourneacademy.schoolcloud.co.uk/

You will need to enter the following information in order to log in – this must match with the information we hold on our data system for you and your child:

  • your title, first name and surname
  • your email address
  • your child’s first name, surname and tutor group/registration group

Or you can go to the Parent section of our website where you will find a tab for Parent Evenings:

https://www.westbourne.attrust.org.uk/parents/parent-evenings/

If you have any issues logging in, then please call us on 01473 466132 or email wes-office@attrust.org.uk with your updated name and email address.  Our staff will be happy to create appointments on your behalf and/or update your data record if necessary. If you leave a voicemail, please remember to tell us your child’s name and your preferred start time. Your appointments will then be emailed to you automatically. Ideally, your child should attend with you.

At 16:00 and again at 17:30, Mr Higgon will be giving a short talk in the Food Hall where he will discuss the latest elements of the school that may affect your child.  You will also have an opportunity to ask any questions. This should last a maximum of 20 minutes.

Thank you for your continued support and assistance and we look forward to seeing you.

Regards

Mr R Hawkes

Assistant Principal
