If you wish to move your child from another secondary school and would like to apply for a place at Westbourne Academy, you must complete an application form (ADM1) and return it to the academy for the attention of the Admissions/Attendance Manager.
Click on the text below to download a PDF copy. Alternatively call us on 01473 466148 and we can post a copy to you together with a prospectus (during term time only).
If you would like to view the academy prior to making an application please telephone Mrs Wiernicki on 01473 466148. We would like your child to attend with you.
If your child is about to begin or is currently in Year 7 (or needs a place in Year 7), you will need to complete and return the same ADM1 mid-year transfer application form above.
