Year 9 Parent/Carer Evening: Thursday 5 March 2026

Online Appointments & Booking System

You and your child are invited to our Year 9 in-person parent and carer evening which is being held on Thursday 5 March 2026. Your child should be present at this evening with you.

The purpose of the evening is to give you the opportunity to come into school to meet your child’s teachers to discuss their progress and development.  We are expecting a very high turnout of parents as we work together at this critical time in their education, so please book as soon as possible to show your support for your child.

Once again, we will be using our online appointment booking system. This allows you to choose your own appointment times with teachers and you will receive an email confirming your appointments.

Appointments can now be made and will close on Thursday 5 March at midday.  We will be unable to make appointments after this time.

Please follow the link here to go to the online appointment booking system:
https://westbourneacademy.schoolcloud.co.uk/

You will need to enter the following information in order to log in – this must match with the information we hold on our data system for you and your child:

  • your title, first name and surname
  • your email address
  • your child’s first name, surname and reg (please see above)

Or you can go to the Parent section of our website where you will find a tab for Parent Evenings here: Parent Evenings – Westbourne Academy

If you have any issues logging in, then please call us on 01473 466132 / 466133 or email wes-office@attrust.org.uk.  Our staff will be happy to create appointments on your behalf and/or update your data record if necessary. If you leave a voicemail, please remember to tell us your child’s name and your preferred start time. Your appointments will then be emailed to you automatically.

We know that you will want to come to this very important evening in order to discuss your child’s progress as they consider their Key Stage 4 pathway for Years 10 and 11. We will write separately to you about the Year 9 Pathway Evening which takes place in the main hall and sports hall on Thursday 30 April 2025.

Thank you for your continued support and assistance and we look forward to seeing you at school on Thursday 5 March.

Regards

Mr R Hawkes

Assistant Principal
