Sent to parents and carers of Year 11 students on 19/12/25

Year 11 Parent/Carer Evening: Thursday 15 January 2026

Online Appointments & Booking System

You and your child are invited to our Year 11 in-person parent and carer evening which is being held on Thursday 15 January 2026 in the main hall between 16:00-19:00. Your child should be present at this evening with you.

The purpose of the parent/carer evening is to give you a second opportunity to come into school to meet your child’s teachers to discuss progress and development.  The evening also allows the opportunity for concerns to be voiced.

We will be using our online appointment booking system. This allows you to choose your own appointment times with teachers and you will receive an email confirming your appointments. Appointments can now be made and will close on Thursday 15 January at 12 noon.  Neither you nor we will be unable to make appointments after this time.

Please follow the link here to go to the online appointment booking system:
https://westbourneacademy.schoolcloud.co.uk/

You will need to enter the following information in order to log in – this must match with the information we hold on our data system for you and your child:

  • your title, first name and surname
  • your email address
  • your child’s first name, surname and tutor group/registration group

Or you can go to the Parent section of our website where you will find a tab for Parent Evenings.

If you have any difficulties signing in to make appointments, please contact the school office (01473 466133) and they will be happy to help you further. If you do not have an email address, or if your current email address does not match the one that we have recorded for you on our database, then you will be unable to log in to the booking system. In this instance, please call us and we can make appointments for you and update your contact details, or you can do this through the MCAS app.

We look forward to seeing you here and your ongoing support for your child at this crucial stage of their school lives. My colleagues are looking forward to meeting with you on the evening and we thank you for your continued support.

Regards

Mr R Hawkes

Assistant Principal
