Important Notice: ADHD/ASD Register
As part of our ongoing commitment to understanding and supporting every member of our school community, the SEN department is updating its records relating to neurodevelopmental differences such as ADHD and autism. This will help us ensure that staff have accurate information, and that appropriate support can be considered where needed.
If your young person has a diagnosis, is currently undergoing assessment, or if you have concerns that they may show characteristics associated with ADHD or autism, we would be grateful if you could complete the short Microsoft Form linked below.
The information you share will be treated confidentially and used solely to help us build an accurate picture of student needs. Completing the form will not automatically place your child on the SEND register or generate referrals to external agencies.
