Dear Year 11 Students and Parents/Carers
Exam Results Day: Thursday 20 August 2026 (10:00 – 13:00)
The results of your GCSE’s will be available for collection on the above date between 10:00 and 13:00. Please enter and exit through the main reception doors and into the main hall where your results will be laid out ready for you to collect. You will need to sign for your results when you collect them.
Most of you will want to come and collect your results in person, and you are welcome to bring family/Guardians with you to share the experience. It is good for us to see you and share with you the successes. For some of you, the results won’t be quite as you had hoped for, and therefore academy staff will be on hand to support you with advice and reassurance of what to do.
Please remember that once you have collected your results, you will need to go to your further education provider ie sixth form, college or an apprenticeship to register for your next steps as soon as possible. They will notify you of how this process works.
Sometimes we understand that you may not be able to make it on the day. If this is the case, then you will have to email Mrs Fulcher on anna.fulcher@attrust.org.uk and request one of the 2 options below:
- Somebody else may collect the results on your behalf. This nominated person will need to bring the attached letter filled in by the student, must be over 18, and bring with them photo id e.g. passport, driving licence. They will have to sign for your results.

- Email: You can request that your results are emailed to you. For this to happen, we will need you to let us know the email address you wish this to be sent to. This must be the student’s personal email not their school email account.
