Westbourne Academy Community Day

Westbourne Academy’s prefects spent Community Day helping others and making a difference in the local area.

Some prefects took part in a litter pick. They cleaned streets, pathways and green spaces, helping to make the community cleaner and safer. Their hard work showed the importance of looking after the environment.

Another group visited Paddygeere Residential Home. They spent time talking with residents, sharing stories and enjoying cake together. The visit brought smiles to everyone and showed how important it is to connect with others.

Community Day is just one way Westbourne Academy supports the local area. The school is proud of its prefects for showing kindness, leadership and a willingness to help others.
