Sent to parents and carers of Year 10 students on 13/03/26
Year 10 Parent/Carer Evening
Thursday 26 March 2026 (In-Person)
Online Appointments & Booking System
You and your child are invited to our Year 10 in-person parent and carer evening which is being held on Thursday 26 March in the main hall between 16:00 – 19:00. Your child should be present at this evening with you.
The purpose of the evening is to give you the opportunity to come into school to meet your child’s teachers to discuss their progress and development. We are expecting a very high turnout of parents as we work together at this critical time in their education, so please book as soon as possible to show your support for your child.
Once again, we will be using our online appointment booking system. This allows you to choose your own appointment times with teachers and you will receive an email confirming your appointments.
Appointments can now be made and will close on Thursday 26 March at midday. You will be unable to make appointments after this time and neither will we.
Please follow the link here to go to the online appointment booking system:

- your title, first name and surname
- your email address
- your child’s first name, surname and reg (please see above)
Or you can go to the Parent section of our website where you will find a tab for Parent Evenings here: Parent Evenings – Westbourne Academy
If you have any issues logging in, then please call email wes-office@attrust.org.uk. Our staff will be happy to create appointments on your behalf and/or update your data record if necessary. Please remember to tell us your child’s name and your preferred start time. Your appointments will then be emailed to you automatically.
We know that you will want to come to this very important evening in order to discuss your child’s progress as they approach Year 11 next year. Thank you for your continued support and assistance and we look forward to seeing you at school on 26 March.
Regards
Mr R Hawkes
