SEND Meetings – Online Appointment Booking System
Wednesday 11 March / Thursday 12 March 2026
You are invited to our Review of One Page Profiles which is being held in the main hall on Wednesday 11 or Thursday 12 March between 9:00am – 10.50am and 11.30 – 1.20pm-. The purpose of the appointment is to give you the opportunity to come into school to add parent voice and review your young person’s One Page Profile.
We will be using our online appointment booking system. This allows you to choose your own appointment time with our SEND staff and you will receive an email confirming your appointment.
Appointments can be made from 16:00 today and will close on Wednesday 11 March at 20.00. Neither you nor we will be unable to make appointments after this time.

You will need to enter the following information in order to log in – this must match with the information we hold on our data system for you and your child:
- your title, first name and surname
- your email address
- your child’s first name, surname and tutor group/registration group
Or you can go to the Parent section of our website where you will find a tab for Parent Evenings.
If you have any issues logging in, then please email wes-office@attrust.org.uk with your updated email address. Our staff will be happy to create an appointment on your behalf and/or update your data record if necessary. If you leave a voicemail, please remember to tell us your child’s name and your preferred time. Your appointment will then be emailed to you automatically.
