Shrek Rehearsal on Teams at Half Term
Wednesday 18 February 2026 (19:00-20:30)
As you will hopefully already be aware, I would like to keep in touch with the cast of Shrek and hold an online rehearsal via MS Teams in the half term holiday.
Please follow the hyperlink below which will take you to a confidential MS Form where you can confirm your agreement to the following points, give consent for your child to take part and provide am emergency contact number:

Summary of Points to be Agreed
- I/we give permission for my child to attend an online rehearsal via Microsoft Teams during the school holidays
- I/we understand the session will be led by a school staff member and is for rehearsal purposes only
- I/we give permission for the session to be recorded by the school on a school-issued device for safeguarding and learning purposes
- I/we understand that students are not permitted to record the session themselves or take screenshots
- I/we confirm that my child will take part in a suitable, safe environment at home.
- I/we understand that cameras must remain off
- I/we understand that microphones may be muted by the teacher to manage the session.
- I/we confirm that my child can attend for the full duration of the session
- I/we understand it is my responsibility to ensure my child has access to a suitable device and internet connection.
- I/we understand that if my child joins late or has technical issues, the session will not be repeated
- I/we understand that this is a school activity and normal school behaviour expectations apply
- I/we understand that inappropriate behaviour may result in my child being removed from the session
- I/we confirm that an adult will be present in the home while my child is attending the rehearsal
- I/we will provide a contact number in case the Mrs Price needs to contact you during the session
