Years 7 to 10 Meet the Tutor Evening: Thursday 22 October 2026

We would like to invite you to come into the academy on Thursday 22 October 2026, from 16:00 to19:00, to meet with your child’s form tutor.
This will provide an opportunity for you to discuss your child’s start to the new academic year, raise any questions you may have and begin to build the foundations of a positive working relationship between home and school.
We appreciate that not all parents and carers may be able to attend during the available appointment times. If this is the case and you would like to speak to your child’s form tutor by phone, please email wes-office@attrust.org.uk and we will arrange for the tutor to call you when they are available. Please be aware that, due to teaching timetables, this call may take place outside of the normal school day. When emailing, please include your child’s full name and tutor group in the subject line.
We will be using our online appointment booking system, which allows you to choose your own appointment time with your child’s tutor. You will receive an email confirming your appointment.
Appointments can now be made, and bookings will close at 12:00 on Thursday 22 October. Unfortunately, we will be unable to make appointments after this time.

You will need to log in using both parent/carer and student details. Please ensure that all information entered is correct, including your child’s tutor group, which can be found at the top of this letter.
Your child should attend the appointment with you; however, they do not need to wear school uniform. We kindly ask that younger siblings remain at home, where possible, as we are expecting a large number of parents/carers and students from Years 7 to 10.

If you experience any issues logging in, please email wes-office@attrust.org.uk, and our staff will be happy to create the appointment on your behalf. Please provide your child’s full name and your preferred appointment time.
On 22 October, please enter the academy via the main school reception, where you will be directed to the appropriate area to meet your child’s tutor.
