Letter from the CEO of Inspiration Trust to Parents & Carers
We are writing to you regarding the future of Westbourne Academy.
Inspiration Trust is delighted to be beginning the process to take on the sponsorship of Westbourne Academy. We know how important the school is to its pupils, families, staff and the wider community, and we are very excited about the opportunity to support its next chapter.
At the heart of Inspiration Trust’s work is a commitment to providing an excellent education for every child. We believe strongly in the potential of Westbourne Academy and in the strengths that already exist within the school community. We are looking forward to working with staff, pupils and families to build on those foundations and help the school go from strength to strength.
We would also like to place on record our thanks to ATT for its stewardship of the school. Transitions of this kind depend on professionalism, care and a shared commitment to pupils’ education, and we are grateful for the constructive way in which ATT is supporting this process.
Over the coming weeks, there will be an opportunity for us to meet staff and engage with the wider school community. We know that parents and carers may have questions, and we are committed to being open, positive and thoughtful as the process moves forward.
