Year 11 Progression Interviews
Tuesday 9 December 2025
We write with regards to the Year 11 Progression Interviews, which will be taking place on Tuesday 9 December 2025 in the library.
All students in Year 11 will be given an individual appointment during the school day to meet with a member of the schools Senior Management Team. The appointments are 5 minutes long and range from 09:00 – 13:20. The list of appointments for the day will be put on display in the Exam Noticeboard at the back of the main hall. We will also share the details with Year 11 during tutor time this week and again during their year group assembly on 8 December.
The purpose of the interview is to discuss your child’s progress and agree a plan of action to ensure that they meet their full potential. We will also take this opportunity to discuss their plans for when they leave the academy next summer and give further advice where appropriate.
If your child has not yet made an application for either post-16 education, an apprenticeship or employment with training, then additional advice will also be given.
